Furthermore featured in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling different sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
